Maurice Donikin-El

Maurice Donikin El is a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety professional. With a wealth of experience, he ensures the well-being of workers and environments in the construction industry. Aside from being the Program Director of Thrive, Maurice is the Associate EHS Director for Mathers Construction Team. In this corporate EHS role, he conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluates performance, identifies corrective actions, and follows up with assessments to continuously improve safe work practices. Maurice is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer who conducts OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour training. Demonstrating his commitment to educating construction professionals on hazard recognition and mitigation. Maurice’s dedication to environmental, health, and safety is further supported by his educational background. He earned a BS in Legal Studies from Purdue University Global in August 2017. He obtained the Construction Health and Safety Technician certification (CHST) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) in May 2021; complementing his practical experience with a strong academic foundation.
