Don't Just Survive, THRIVE!

The THRIVE Program is an innovative education-to-workforce initiative designed specifically for youth aged 17 to 21. It focuses on providing both soft and hard skills necessary to work in the field of safety within various construction and work environments. Additionally, we provide effective career readiness skills and therapeutic services to the youth.

Our Program

General Construction and Site Safety Track

In this course, students will learn the fundamental principles and techniques used in various aspects of construction. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, students will gain proficiency in essential construction skills

Financial Literacy Education

This course will help students on understanding the economy, investing, budgeting and understanding taxes. We integrate modules from the Casey Life Skills training and W!SE financial education. 

NCCER/OSHA Certification

This course allows students to participate in workshops and trainings to earn their OSHA 10 and 30 certification and Site Safety Supervisor certification.

Mental Health Skills and Wellness

In addition to vocational education, with this program we hope to address emotional thoughts and feelings.

Our Mission

Our goal is to help youth effectively deploy their skills acquired in vocational learning, career readiness, and safety mentoring will enable them to join the safety and construction workforce in dynamic and meaningful ways. Additionally, we are dedicated providing effective therapeutic services to the youth as emotional stability, communication, and a can-do mindset will help them to be an effective force in the safety field, in their family, and most importantly their community.
